What is an Oeshi Gift Voucher?
Vouchers can be used to purchase massages/treatments to be used with Oeshi Vitality Centre services. Vouchers can be delivered to the recipient either via email or as a physical card, and contain an unique 8 digit code that can be redeemed against services.
What is an Oeshi eVoucher?
An eVoucher is an electronic voucher. It can be used to get discounts in purchased massages/treatments to be used with Oeshi Vitality Centre services. eVouchers can be delivered to the recipient either via email or SMS, and contain an unique 8 digit code or e-code.
What if I want to cancel the Gift Voucher/eVoucher for a refund?
I offer a one-day cancellation policy with a full refund on all gift vouchers or eVouchers, provided they haven’t been applied to an Oeshi treatment. If you would like to cancel your gift voucher or eVoucher please email info@oeshivitality.com.
How long is the Voucher valid for?
Gift vouchers and eVouchers are valid 3 months from the date of purchase. This time frame cannot be extended.
How can I spend my Gift/e Voucher?
If you have received a gift voucher or eVoucher, you will need to bring your voucher with you on the day of your booking or your e-code. You will then pay for your services on the day using the purchased gift voucher or you will receive a discount instead by using your eVoucher.
